Parts are organized by vehicle schematics, which are classified by model. This makes it easy to locate the specific components for each vehicle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept credit card payments only.

Do you offer international shipping?

We ship to Canada and the USA. For other countries, please contact the respective national distributor.

What are the delivery times?

In Canada, delivery takes between 2 to 5 business days. For the USA, the delivery time is 5 to 10 business days.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order through your online account. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

What are the warranty conditions?

It is essential that customers thoroughly inspect the merchandise upon receipt and report any defects within 14 days of purchase. If there is a defect or incompatibility, the item must be returned at the buyer’s expense. The item will either be replaced or credited to your account. No returns or warranties are offered on electrical and electronic parts.

What is the return policy?

Products must be returned in their original packaging. If an item is damaged or used, it will not be accepted for return.

What are the shipping fees?

Shipping fees are based on the delivery address and the weight of the order.

How do I know if a part is compatible with my vehicle model?

Compatibility with other models, including US models, is listed in the technical sheet of each part.

Can I get technical advice before purchasing a part?

We will do our best to answer your questions. However, for detailed technical advice, we recommend consulting qualified technicians at your nearest Apollo dealership.

Are your parts new or refurbished?

Our parts are 100% new and original.

What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect part?

Contact us, and we will guide you through the return process.

Do you offer installation services for purchased parts?

No, we recommend referring to your local Apollo dealership for installation services.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order before it is processed without any charges by emailing info@apollomotors.ca . Once processed, the order cannot be canceled. Packages shipped to the wrong address or refused by the customer will be treated as a return and subject to our return policy. If you are not satisfied after receiving your order, you may return it. Apollo will not provide a return label and will not be responsible for shipping costs. It is your responsibility to return the order and cover any customs fees if applicable. Apollo will deduct the initial shipping fees from the return. This means the shipping costs as shown on the sales invoice will not be credited or refunded. A 3% return processing fee, with a minimum of $35, will be charged to your refund or credit.
