If a defect or incompatibility is found, the item must be returned at the buyer’s expense. The item will either be replaced or credited to your account. No returns or warranties are offered on electrical and electronic parts.

Products must be returned in their original packaging. If a product is damaged or used, it will not be accepted for return. If you wish to cancel an order before it is processed, you can do so free of charge by emailing info@apollomotors.ca. Once processed, the order cannot be canceled. Packages shipped to the wrong address or refused by the customer will be treated as returns and subject to our return policy. If you are not satisfied after receiving your order, you may return it at your own expense. Apollo Motors will deduct the initial shipping fees from the refund. A 3% return processing fee (with a minimum of $35) will also be deducted from your refund or credit.
